General Comments
Observed storage of food items ie. ketsup mustard pickles and signs offering sliders and sandwiches at this facility. This facility is considered a low facility which means that only pizzas and prepackaged foods can be served not sandwiches or anything potentially hazardous such as sliders and other sandwiches. If this facility is cooking these items then the risk category of this facility will go up and I am not sure there is proper equipment and space available for this to happen.
A follow up will occur in 30 days for violations #20, #35 and to see if there is still evidence of cooking that this facility is not allowed to be doing.
